All artworks created by Abby Locke / The Tiny Studio by Abby Locke are original artworks protected under Australian copyright law.

The purchase of an original artwork or commission does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. Copyright remains solely with the artist unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, edited, traced, digitally altered, printed, resold, commercially used or replicated in any form without written permission from Abby Locke.

Commissioned artworks are created in the artist’s signature style. By purchasing a commission, clients acknowledge that artistic interpretation, colour palette, texture, composition and creative direction are left in the hands of the artist.

Every effort is made to ensure clients are involved in the planning and briefing process; however, due to the custom and original nature of commissioned artwork, refunds or returns are not offered for change of mind or stylistic preference.

The Tiny Studio by Abby Locke reserves the right to share completed artworks, works in progress and commissioned pieces on social media, websites, portfolios and promotional material unless confidentiality has been requested in writing prior to commencement.

Unauthorised reproduction or misuse of artwork, images or designs may result in legal action.
